This policy covers the TruxOra web platform and the TruxOra Driver mobile app. TruxOra is provisioned by your employer or carrier — there is no public self-registration; an administrator at your organization creates your account.
Information we collect
Account and contact details (name, email, phone) set up by your organization's administrator, and operational/compliance records your organization enters or uploads (driver, equipment, ticket, and inspection records).
From the TruxOra Driver app specifically: your device location when you toggle on-duty / driving / sleeper / off-duty status, so each status change is timestamped and geotagged for hours-of-service compliance; and photos or documents you choose to upload (e.g. ticket photos, Wallet documents) via your device's camera or photo library.
How we use it
To operate the platform for your organization — logging hours of service, tracking compliance documents, and the other functions your organization uses TruxOra for. Location data is used only for the duty- status log entry it was captured for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Who can see your data
Your employer/carrier administrators (the organization that provisioned your account) and TruxOra staff who operate the platform on their behalf. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties.
Data retention
Records are retained for as long as your organization's account is active, and afterward only as needed to meet regulatory retention requirements (e.g. hours-of-service records) or as your organization instructs.
